Welcome!

May hayfeverNature, healthy food, exercise and a sense of well-being are real passions of mine.

This stems from my mother who used to give me natural remedies for sore throats to back pain, as well as from my travels to far off places, where I was able to totally immerse myself in other cultures and be among nature.

What we eat, how we exercise, whether we get sufficient fresh air and exposure to nature, and how we deal with everyday stresses, all contribute to our overall health; I have therefore created this website to give you access to tips on healthy living, so you can also start your journey to a life of optimum health and vitality!
